The cutting edge television channel FilmFour appointed us to establish the foundations for the future of FilmFour’s online marketing and CRM strategy.

We provided FilmFour with a finely tuned database and tailored weekly emails promoting the channel’s programming. With the strategy we put in place, the content of the emails eventually became a product of the database.
So, each individual customer received an email tailor-made to their viewing habits, ie, if they liked comedies, they would receive an email featuring Notting Hill, Meet the Parents, etc.
