Digital Marketing Agency Inbox Digital has been appointed by Alliance & Leicester to handle eCRM activity across all of its retail financial products. Inbox was appointed after a three-way pitch in July 2006.
The appointment comes as Alliance & Leicester embark on a key strategic move towards increasing engagement with customers and prospects through greater use of the digital channel . Inbox will be developing an eCRM communications strategy across all products and customer groups, with the aim of improving customer management and driving incremental revenues through the application of digital solutions.
The programme and communications will be managed using Inbox’s established in-house eCRM communications management system, giving A&L the potential to move towards true 1-1 data driven digital communications in the future. This platform already supports eCRM activity for Inbox’s existing clients including BMW, AOL, Vodafone and Panasonic.
