Digital Marketing Group plc Launches 20:20

Digital Marketing Group the UKs leading digital business is launching a new agency this month called 20:20 (www.WeAre2020.com). 20:20 unites a team of 300 digital experts who work with over 220 clients, in 12 sectors and across 12 disciplines. It is the only UK agency to employ over 80 data analysts, and will have three specialist divisions:

20:20 – the full-service strategic and creative digital agency, run by Managing Director Matt Ramsay and Chief Creative Officer Peter Riley. Ramsay was previously CEO of InboxDMG, and will now operate out of London to run the 20:20 agency business.

20:20 incorporates the digital agencies previously known as InboxDMG, HyperlaunchDMG, GraphicoDMG, and 20:20 London. It will combine with the skills and capabilities of the other two divisions within the group, to present clients a unique offering:

  • Access to over 300 digital specialists, with experts in digital creative, marketing, design & build, mobile, email, CRM, social media, viral marketing, digital media and eCommerce.
  • A unique proposition, using the understanding and intelligent use of data to drive truly informed digital activities.
  • One of the UK's most awarded digital agencies.

20:20 Media&Analytics – the provider of intelligent, analytics driven search, which will operate under the leadership of CEO Gareth Phillips. Phillips is a new recruit to Digital Marketing Group plc, previously performing the role of Managing Director at Syzygy. He has also held senior roles at MRM Worldwide and Ogilvy, and will have responsibility for the 20:20 Media&Analytics business as well as group-wide integration.

20:20 Media&Analytics has been created by combining the search skills of CheezeDMG with the analytics experts from JaywingDMG, another Digital Marketing Group plc company. This unified offering consolidates proprietary data techniques and unique Paid Search insight to form Digital Brain: Search, the leading alternative to the traditional 'Last Click Win' model.

Digital Brain: Search allows brands to give a finite value to every search interaction on the journey to purchase; to know the real relationship between keywords, and to bid on the optimal price in Google word auctions.Through Digital Brain: Search, 20:20 Media&Analytics can guarantee clients up to 30% improvement in search ROI.

20:20 Technology – is the ecommerce and IT specialist, previously known as CyberDMG. Its extensive client list currently includes Waitrose and JD Sports. 20:20 Technology will be headed up by Terry Hunter, the existing CEO of CyberDMG. Hunter will also take responsibility for the development of group-wide technology platforms.

20:20 has been created following the acquisition of digital agency 20:20 London by Digital Marketing Group plc, in December 2009. Digital Marketing Group plc chief executive Ben Langdon has combined a comprehensive range of complementary digital skills from the Group's existing portfolio, to create a group and proposition which will be unrivalled in the digital arena.

To better service its already extensive client base, 20:20's HQ will now be in London, which will be supported and driven by the valuable expertise housed in its regional offices.
